Pad-for-Pad, Khilti Pari x EcoFemme

Previously, Khilti Pari conducted a two-year program where we employed and trained a female worker to raise awareness about menstrual hygiene in villages and distribute packs of sanitary napkins to girls. However, we soon observed that the girls could not afford to purchase sanitary napkins and continued to use cloth as an alternative.

Khilti Pari has partnered with EcoFemme to raise awareness about menstrual hygiene. Each girl is provided with a kit comprising four reusable cotton pads and a pouch. Our trained female facilitator visits schools across different villages on a weekly basis to educate teenage girls on menstrual hygiene and safety.
