Throughout the pandemic, our team worked on developing innovative ways to support the women of Toonga. As we delved deeper into our research, we discovered that many of the available job opportunities required additional training beyond what was taught in college. This was particularly crucial for government jobs in sectors such as education, information technology (IT), and law enforcement. We took it upon ourselves to provide the women in and around Toonga with access to this vital training, all without having to leave their community. By doing so, we hope to create a more equitable future for these women, one that fosters equal opportunities and ensures they have the resources to succeed in any field they choose.

ICS Coaching Program

Through ICS, we're dedicated to empowering young women with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in today's rapidly evolving job market. By offering remote training opportunities, we allow girls to enhance their employability skills from the comfort of a digital classroom. The program accommodates groups of 50 girls at a time, ensuring a personalized and effective learning experience. With a one-year enrollment period, the girls can fully immerse themselves in the training and receive the certificate, bringing them a step closer to their dream job.
